Gleneagles re-introduces £201.90 four-ball green fee offer to celebrate Team Europe’s epic Solheim C

Gleneagles, the world-famous Scottish hotel and sporting estate, and scene of one of the most dramatic Solheim Cup matches in recent history, is re-introducing its popular £201.90 four-ball green fee offer across all three of its championship golf courses.

To celebrate Team Europe’s stunning achievement, four-ball groups can now save money and follow in the footsteps of Catriona Matthew’s European heroes on the Jack Nicklaus-designed PGA Centenary Course.

The offer, beginning October 16, 2019, also extends to the Top 100 ranked King’s Course, host to the Junior Solheim Cup, and The Queen’s Course, one of the finest par 68 layouts in the UK.

“The Solheim Cup was an inspiration to us all, and we would like to welcome as many golfers as possible to the 850-acre Perthshire estate over the coming months to experience it for themselves. We hope this celebratory offer inspires golfing groups to visit us,” said Gary Silcock, Director of Golf.

“Our golf courses are in beautiful post-tournament condition at the moment, arguably some of the best conditioned courses in the UK, so there is no better time to experience Gleneagles and our world-renowned customer service and hospitality,” he added.

The King’s and The Queen’s courses are both consistent fixtures in all leading UK Top 100 Course rankings, having both undergone careful restorations, bringing them back to James Braid’s original vision of 1919.

The PGA Centenary Course now also holds the coveted accolade of becoming the only course in Europe to have staged both The Ryder Cup and Solheim Cup, and reinforcing Gleneagles’ position as the #1 Golf Resort in the UK and Ireland*
